Ultra Long Stroke Flexible Rod Pumping Unit is a beam balanced Pumping Unit with small volume and light structure, which can be widely used in crude oil recovery, water Pumping and CBM(Coalbed Methane) exploitation.

Ultra long stroke flexible rod pump jack is a new Mechatronics tower pumping unit developed by our Sanjack company.
The whole system consists of eight parts: motor, drum, frequency conversion control cabinet, frame, movable pulley block, counterweight, brake and loss of load protection device, flexible polished rod and foundation.
It is a new type of intelligent ultra long stroke pumping unit in petroleum industry.
The ultra long stroke flexible rod oil pump jack takes the frame as the carrier, takes the switched reluctance motor as the power source, drives the drum to rotate through the toothed belt, and there is a deceleration device in the drum.
The frequency converter controls the positive and negative rotation of the motor and the speed adjustment.
It uses movable pulley and polymer suspension rope to pull the counterweight box, and the flexible polished rod is used to pull the load of suspension point.
By winding and releasing the flexible polished rod on the drum, the reciprocating motion of the sucker rod is realized.
Through the disc electromagnetic brake device, the motor can be stopped in time to ensure safety.
A set of moving pulleys is wound around the counterweight end of the ultra-long stroke flexible rod pumping unit, which makes the stroke of the pumping unit longer.
This kind of pumping unit has the advantages of simple structure, small floor area, ultra-long stroke, low stroke frequency, and convenient maintenance.
The frequency conversion control program and auxiliary travel switch device can effectively control the forward and reverse reversing the operation of the motor, and realize the step-less adjustment of the motor speed.
Compared with the traditional beam pumping unit, the parameter adjustment is more convenient.
The electrical control program has overload protection, phase loss protection, motor overheat protection, short-circuit shutdown, and power-off protection functions, making the equipment more intelligent and safe.
The brake and loss of load protection device can protect the safety of personnel and equipment to the greatest extent when the pumping unit loses load.
Working principle
The motor drives the drum (the shell is the drum, and the motor has a built-in reducer) to rotate through the belt.
The flexible polished rod is wound in the middle of the drum, and the polished rod is connected with the wellhead load through the guide wheel at the front end.
Both ends of the drum are wound with the steel wire rope of the counterweight box, and the positive and negative rotation of the drum is driven by the positive and negative rotation of the motor to realize the swabbing work.
Within the specified range, the pumping unit can realize stepless adjustment of stroke and stroke frequency.
